As an account manager for Parker, Ruby assists with the Management Advisory Services and directs meetings where financial and performance indicators are analyzed to arrive at tactical business decisions.  She consults with clients regularly, examining and communicating financial information to proactively advise them. She is also an experienced facilitator of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University.

Ruby owned and operated her own CPA practice in Cincinnati, Ohio for 16 years before relocating to Tennessee.  Over the years she has acquired a broad working knowledge of different industries and has helped several entrepreneurs setup their new companies. Before that she served as Financial Controller for a national airline and was instrumental in the company’s initial public offering.

She graduated from the University of Cincinnati, then earned a Masters in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University.  She is a licensed CPA in both Tennessee and Ohio and a current member of the AICPA.

Ruby and her husband Steve enjoy fishing and sailing the beautiful lakes and rivers of East Tennessee.  They have two sons and three grandchildren.  They live in Clinton on the Clinch River and enjoy hosting Christian events in their home.
