As President of Parker Business Consulting, Bob has used his experience and expertise to help many closely-held and large corporations, professional practices, and family businesses. His valuation skills have been used to affect numerous transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, and estate gifting and divorce.

Bob has served in numerous leadership positions with both large and closely-held companies. His work has involved leading strategic planning, developing new financial measurement and reporting systems, integrating business operations, and implementing successful profit improvement programs.

After serving as a US Army Ranger, Bob earned his MBA degree from Tennessee Technological University. He has earned numerous professional certifications. He has also completed advanced training programs at Indiana University and the Center for Creative Leadership.

Bob and his wife Lynne attend Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church where he serves as a deacon and member of the Missions Committee. He is past president and current member of the Rotary Club of Farragut. In his spare time Bob enjoys reading, running, and watching University of Tennessee sports.
